Modelled Vapor Cloud (Propylene) Explosion and resulting blast damage and blast-induced neurotrauma (BINT) throughout Houston neighborhood in 2020 for class action lawsuit and settlement distribution.

Ammonium Nitrate Fertilizer Explosion

Investigation and determination of the origin and cause of the 2019 fertilizer explosion in Arkansas that vaporized the tractor-trailer, killed the driver, created a 15-foot deep crater in the highway, and destroyed the surrounding pine forest. Reviewed and analyzed applicable standards from the Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA, and NFPA.

Ethanol Waste Explosion

Failure analysis and Root Cause Determination of fatal ethanol product explosion during unloading operations in Missouri. The investigation included ethanol plant data retrieval and process analysis.
