Dr. Williams, the founder of EPS, began his operations, engineering, and construction experience in 1977. His expertise includes analysis of technology development, process design, facilities, utilities, capital investment, operating costs, and valuation consulting for numerous energy and technology industries.

With outstanding academic credentials, including a Ph.D in chemical and fuels engineering, and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago, Dr. John Williams is a sought-after licensed professional engineer practicing in the energy and biotechnology industries. A results-driven engineering consultant and featured lecturer, he provides active industry knowledge gained through 35+ years of experience. Dr. John Williams provides in-depth analysis and strong substantiating reporting as an expert witness for energy technologies litigation involving intellectual property, forensic investigations, performance analysis, and damages valuations.

Dr. Williams offers a unique synergy of solid engineering knowledge and business acumen that extends from concept to completion, and from the operating unit control room to the board room, and to the courtroom. He also conducts forensic investigations into chemical and oil fires and explosions.

Dr. Williams has developed and instructed two courses for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers since the mid-1990s.
